We will work with you to define the goals and scope of your Pilot test. Reserving funding requires committing to the following:
1: Complete a kickoff call with us to design your test, within 1 week of budget reservation.
2: Go live (publish first piece of content related to the test) within 2 weeks after the kickoff call.
What are reserve funds?
As part of our Pilot program, we're providing budget for tests with participating Brands. Since these tests often require $, we're providing some to get you started. There is no obligation to use HiBeam after the pilot test.
What is the Pilot funding process?
When you commit to testing and the associated milestones, we'll reserve $4k in test budget for you. Since we have a capped budget for this it's on a first come, first serve basis.
What costs are eligible?
We'll work with you to decide how best to allocate budget over the course of a HiBeam test. Budget use can include anything from paying influencer deals to the cost of promo codes, to giveaway products, to product shipping costs. We are targeting up to $4k per participating brand.
What happens if we miss any of the required milestones?
We will work with you to ensure you do not get into this situation, but in the unlikely scenario that you can't do the kickoff call within 1 week of budget reservation or go live with the campaign 2 weeks after that, your reserved funds will be returned to the pool so other brands can pick it up
Can reserved funds expire and become available again?
Yes, in the case where a brand cannot have the kickoff meeting within 1 week of reservation, or can't launch the campaign within 2 weeks after that, the funds will be returned to the pool so they are available again for others to claim.
What is HiBeam?
HiBeam is a tool that brands can use to grow their existing SMS lists via social media campaigns. We're currently in Pilot phase and enrolling participating brands in SMS list growth tests.
